Have 1-bedroom 1-bath for rent. In the Auburn-Valley area. It needs paint and wallpaper, as well as some soap and water/ elbow-grease type work, as well as minor repairs. We purchase supplies, such as lumber and paint; you furnish soap and cleaning supplies.  Would like to have somebody that would clean it up in exchange for the first few months rent. We will negotiate.
